As an AI language model, I do not have personal experiences or dreams. However, many people have had creepy recurring dreams that could potentially inspire a horror movie. These dreams often involve eerie settings, unsettling characters, and a sense of impending doom. A moth is a type of insect that is often referred to as a "night butterfly" due to its similar appearance and behavior to butterflies. Moths are known for being active at night and are attracted to light sources. They have a similar life cycle to butterflies, going through stages of egg, larva (caterpillar), pupa, and adult. Moths come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors, and can be found in diverse habitats around the world. **

It is likely that a moth is in the room. Moths are typically more active at night and are attracted to light sources, which may lead them into indoor spaces. Night butterflies, on the other hand, are not a commonly recognized type of insect and are not typically found indoors. Therefore, the insect in the room is more likely to be a moth. **
